The Sauna Pod is a personalized pod with healthy wellness systems and dry heat sauna/vibration massage system designed for full body comfort as well as exercise, weight management and relaxation. While your body lies comfortably inside the sauna pod, your head remains outside the unit for your comfort and enjoyment. In addition, an adjustable stream of cool air is a touch away for keeping your face and neck comfortable.

What is the Sauna Pod used to treat?

Sauna Pod Relaxation is used for to improve stress management​, calorie burn, mental acuity, cell health, immune system support, circulation, cardiovascular health, pain management, and provide vibrational massage​.

 

How soon will I see results?

Most people experience results after 4 sessions of Sauna Pod Relaxation, however, result times vary depending on treatment goals.

What should I do to prepare for treatment?

Please make sure that you are hydrated and have eaten something. We advise against sweating on an empty stomach, but also not arriving immediately after a heavy meal.

How long will treatment take to complete?

It can take anywhere from 30-45 minutes to complete.

What should I expect during treatment?

The first twenty minutes of your sweat session will feel warm and cozy. Most people feel extremely relaxed, maybe even sleepy. The last 10 minutes of the session are more challenging. In that time, your heart rate will likely increase, and you will notice that you are sweating much more.

What do I wear during treatment?

You will fully undress before beginning your sauna pod session.

What should I do after treatment?

Be sure to replenish the water you sweat out during your session. We recommend waiting 30 minutes before showering and putting on any lotions, liquids, creams, etc. until your pores close up.
